Email

1. Application

A choice of email, calendar, photos etc.. Choose Mail for email.

2. Mailboxes

Received email is stored in the inbox until it is actioned. You can choose to Archive or Delete email or mark it as Spam to remove it from the Inbox. Archived email is removed from the inbox but kept. Sent email is stored in the Sent Mail box.

Deleted email is kept in Bin until it is emptied. Anything which Google thinks is spam is placed in the Spam mailbox together with anything you have marked as Spam.

You can see all the mail including archived mail by selecting the All Mail box.

Above the mailboxes is the Compose Email button used for sending emails.

3. Selections

Tick the box of any email that you wish to action - i.e delete, archive etc.

4. Options

These are the actions that you wish to perform on the selected emails. Refresh is used to refresh the mail box.

5. Search

You can search for emails by entering key words from the email in this box.
